Shipping & delivery

Every Archive 78 print is made to order. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order.

Printing and dispatch

Prints are normally printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of ordering. This is the time needed to prepare your print before it leaves the lab; delivery time is additional.

Delivery time varies by destination. If you need a print for a particular date, email hello@archive78.studio before ordering so I can help you check what is possible.

Tracking your order

Tracking is available on some delivery services, but not all. Availability depends on the destination and the service used for your print. If you need help checking an order or obtaining available tracking details, email hello@archive78.studio with your order number.

How your print is packed

All prints are supplied unframed. Prints are rolled and sent in protective packaging, which may be a tube or a rigid cardboard box depending on the fulfilment location.

Frames shown in room images are for styling only. See the size and framing guide for measurements and advice.

Customs and import charges

Free shipping covers delivery charges. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the print price.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email as soon as possible. I’ll check whether the address can still be changed before dispatch.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived, or your print arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@archive78.studio with your order number. For damage or a printing issue, include photographs of the print and packaging so I can investigate.

Please contact me before returning anything. The return address on the parcel belongs to the print lab and should not be used for customer returns. See the returns and refunds policy for further details.
